A lightweight ZIP extraction utility built with Cog. Takes a ZIP archive as input, extracts files into a deterministic temporary directory, and returns a capped JSON manifest including file names and a short SHA256 checksum slug. Designed for rapid integration into preprocessing pipelines with predictable runtime and file caps to avoid runaway inference costs.
