I am currently experimenting with fine-tuning MusicGen to generate Arab maqam melodic improvisations (taqasim). Although still in the early stages, I am enthusiastic about the potential to leverage such models and platforms to integrate AI into music, arts, humanities, and broader human experiences. This work aims to foster intercontinental academic, community, and industrial collaborations. The excitement is just beginning—stay tuned!
